Summer Outfit Ideas: A Series

Welcome back! One thing that I've always loved about living in Spain and Europe is the fashion.. and especially children's fashion. I recently shared a video on my instagram (see here) talking about different styles of dressing in Spain. I talk about the idea of dressing children in a "traditional" way vs what's seen and called here a "modern" style.

My personal preference is finding the happy medium between the two. I love the traditional Spanish style, but within reason. Additionally, the more time I spend on Instagram, the more I'm discovering just how many AMAZING Spanish clothing brands there are out there.

I've been making a list through the years of all of my favorite brands, so I decided it was something I share with you too. That's why I've decided that once a week I'll be sharing and highlighting one brand from Spain or the US and putting together outfit ideas that I like. So without further ado.. this week's brand is.....

Doña Carmen!

I fell in love with this brand in 2016.. before I was even pregnant with my first! It's the perfect combination of Spanish traditional while also offering more "modern" pieces. The key for me is that everything is timeless.. whether it's more modern or traditional, it still has an effortlessly timeless and European feel, making it my go to for shopping for my kids. Also, fun fact, but Kate Middleton actually has bought a number of pieces for the princes and princesses from Doña Carmen!!
